REGISTRATION FEESEach paid FULL registration includes admission to all exhibits, general sessions, seminars, and workshops. It also includes the following events:
- Sunday evening Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
- Monday Lunch in the Exhibit Hall. Monday Louisiana Night at the Superdome
- Tuesday Cops Breakfast and Lunch in the Exhibit Hall.
- Tuesday Pre-Banquet Reception, Banquet, and Post-Banquet Reception.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR SPECIAL EVENTSRegister for any of the following events using this form or when you register online at www.nsaconference.org. Tickets may also be purchased on-site, except for Prayer Breakfast.
Prayer BreakfastThe Prayer Breakfast will be held from 8:00am - 8:45am on Sunday, June 17. The cost is $15 per person ($25 after May 15, 2018.) There is no on-site registration as the meals must be guaranteed in advance. (This is a partially sponsored event. Limited to 200 registrants.)
Worship ServiceA Worship Service will be held from 9:00am - 10:00am on Sunday, June 17, and is opened to all attendees.
FLETC Homeland Security Leadership Academy (HSLA) CertificationThe Homeland Security Leadership Academy (HSLA) is the result of a shared vision of the FLETC and the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA), to establish a professional development venue for state, local and tribal law enforcement leaders to explore contemporary issues impacting homeland security and law enforcement operations and better prepare state and local law enforcement leaders (present and future), for complex, inter jurisdictional active shooter/mass casualty events, as well as other homeland security related challenges facing law enforcement leadership. Designed for command staff and other state, local, and tribal law enforcement leadership. The 8-hour follow-up training session at NSA’s Annual Conference, plus the two-week program at FLETC, results in a Homeland Security Certification issued by NSA. (FREE)
Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE)ARIDE is a 16 hour training course that was created to address the gap in training between the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and the Drug Evaluation and Classification Program. It is FREE but you must register. It will be held on Monday, June 18 and Tuesday, June 19. Lunch in the Exhibit Hall is included both days.
Court Security TrainingNSA has long provided education for those responsible for securing the courts and protecting the judiciary, those in the courts who serve the public, and the public who come to the courts to be served. To continue that tradition, NSA is providing this two-day Court Security Training based on the foundations of NSA's Best Practices for Effective Court Security. These practices address, Threat Assessment, Courtroom Security, Screening Operations, Facility Security, Prisoner Supervision, Emergency Responses, Personal Safety, professionalism, Security for High Profile Cases, and Judicial Security. Louisiana NightMonday Evening at the Superdome.
NSI/FBINA/Law Enforcement Officers ReceptionThis Reception will be held on Monday, June 18, at the New Orleans Marriott, after Louisiana Night. Limited to 250 people, free of charge but you must pre-register.
Spouses' BrunchThe Spouses’ Brunch will be held Tuesday, June 19, at 9:30am and is open to spouses and children. Tickets are included in all spouse/child registration, but will be limited to the first 250 who sign up.
Annual President’s Reception and BanquetThe annual reception and banquet, during which the new NSA president is installed, will be held Tuesday evening, June 19. Banquet tickets will be collected at the door. There is no need to exchange banquet tickets for a Table Assignment ticket. Except for the states of Texas, Indiana and Louisiana, all tables are "Open Seating." Banquet tickets are included with full registration.
CANCELLATION POLICYAll Registrations are Final. The National Sheriffs' Association will provide No Refunds if you are unable to attend.
Inability to Attend - Attendee/ Extra Exhibitor Registration Insurance ProgramThe National Sheriffs' Association now offers an optional insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that Will Refund You 100% of Your Registration Fees if you are unable to attend.
You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the event.
