REGISTRATION FEES

Each paid FULL registration includes admission to all exhibits, general sessions, seminars, and workshops. It also includes the following events:
  • Sunday evening Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Monday Lunch in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Tuesday Cops Breakfast and Lunch in the Exhibit Hall.
Payment or purchase order** must accompany each registration form for the registration to be processed. NSA members receive a discount on registration. Include your membership number on the registration form to be eligible for this discount. REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

Register for any of the following events using this form or when you register online at www.nsaconference.org. Tickets may also be purchased on-site, except for meal functions. No meal functions will be available for purchase onsite because meals have been guaranteed.

Prayer Breakfast

The Prayer Breakfast will be held from 8:00am - 8:45am on Sunday, June 16. The cost is $15 per person ($25 after May 15, 2019.) There is no on-site registration as the meals must be guaranteed in advance. (This is a partially sponsored event. Limited to 200 registrants.)

Worship Service

A Worship Service will be held from 9:00am - 10:00am on Sunday, June 16, and is opened to all attendees.

Corrections and Detentions Jail Training Day ($100, or FREE if registered for conference)

A jail training day designed just for corrections and detention personnel.

WHEN: Saturday, June 15th from 9:00am to 5:00pm

FLETC Homeland Security Leadership Academy (HSLA) Certification

The Homeland Security Leadership Academy (HSLA) is the result of a shared vision of the FLETC and the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA), to establish a professional development venue for state, local and tribal law enforcement leaders to explore contemporary issues impacting homeland security and law enforcement operations and better prepare state and local law enforcement leaders (present and future), for complex, inter jurisdictional active shooter/mass casualty events, as well as other homeland security related challenges facing law enforcement leadership. Designed for command staff and other state, local, and tribal law enforcement leadership. The 8-hour follow-up training session at NSA’s Annual Conference, plus the two-week program at FLETC, results in a Homeland Security Certification issued by NSA. It will be held on Monday, June 17th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. (FREE)

Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE)

ARIDE is a 16 hour training course that was created to address the gap in training between the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and the Drug Evaluation and Classification Program. It is FREE but you must register. It will be held on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18. Lunch in the Exhibit Hall is included both days.

Workshop: Reducing Roadway Fatalities through Traffic Incident Management (TIM): A National Model

The DOT Certified National TIM Responder Training Program provides incident responders with a national curriculum developed by responders for responders. The 4-hour training offers a set of practices and advanced standards to enable safer and faster clearance of traffic crashes. It is FREE but you must register. It will be held Saturday, June 15 from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Court Security Training ($335)

NSA has long provided education for maintaining courthouse security and guarding the courthouse workgroup, citizens and users of the judicial system. This training will provide an introduction to contemporary concepts and law enforcement strategies related to courthouse and courtroom security.

Training Location: Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville, Kentucky
Times: 8AM until 4PM Monday, June 17th and Tuesday, June 18th

This training is taking place in conjunction with NSA’s Annual Education and Technology Expo. Registration for each event is separate. Transportation, housing, and meals are the responsibility of the participant.

NSI/FBINA/Law Enforcement Officers Reception

This Reception will be held on Monday, June 17. Limited to 250 people, free of charge but you must pre-register.

Spouses' Brunch

The Spouses’ Brunch will be held Tuesday, June 18, at 9:30am and is open to spouses and children. Tickets are included in all spouse/child registration, but will be limited to the first 250 who sign up.

Annual President’s Reception and Banquet

The annual reception and banquet, during which the new NSA president is installed, will be held Tuesday evening, June 18. Banquet tickets will be collected at the door. There is no need to exchange banquet tickets for a Table Assignment ticket. Except for the states of Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky, all tables are "Open Seating."

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Registrations are Final. The National Sheriffs' Association will provide No Refunds if you are unable to attend.

Inability to Attend - Attendee/Extra Exhibitor Registration Insurance Program

The National Sheriffs' Association now includes an insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that Will Refund You 100% of Your Registration Fees if you are unable to attend.

You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the event.

You will receive a 100% refund, no matter when you cancel, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control. There are no fees or penalties. HOTEL RESERVATIONS

All hotel accommodations must be arranged through Orchid Event Solutions. You can reserve lodging online at www.nsaconference.org. DO NOT SEND YOUR HOTEL FORM TO NSA OR TO THE HOTELS. This will only delay the processing of your hotel reservation. Sheriffs: Check with your state sheriffs’ association concerning a room block for your state.
